Job summary

SouthState Bank is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in Berthoud, Colorado to help the Branch Manager lead the team, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer service while safeguarding branch operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Customer Service/Sales/Branch Manager.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; problem solving and decision-making.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills; PC proficiency.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch to achieve sales goals to include outbound calling, sales meetings, and coaching.
• Supervises designated staff in daily tasks and performance-related decisions.
• Serves customers quickly, accurately, confidentially according to service standards.
• Processes loan applications within lending authority and assists in collections.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and maintains branch audit readiness.
