Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience leading multiple teams at a branch level in a similar industry.
• Proven ability to motivate, mentor and develop high-performing teams.
• Ability to make critical judgments, solve problems, and pay attention to detail.
• Driven to exceed goals by working independently and as a team leader.
• Experience managing sales and estimation processes (job costing, proposals).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships.
• Positive, winning attitude and reliable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Lead all operations and team members in a growing branch.
• Hold full P&L responsibility for the branch.
• Support and guide Account and Production Managers.
• Drive and develop new contract and enhancement sales processes.
