Job summary

Revity Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, staff supervision, and customer service excellence. You will coordinate tellers, MSRs, and an assistant branch manager to meet member needs with speed, courtesy, and accuracy.

• Two to five years of similar or related experience are expected.
• A two year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct the activities of the assistant branch manager, MSRs and tellers.
• Ensure staffing, training, and discipline within the branch.
• Approve/deny loans within policy guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with rules and Credit Union policies.
• Develop new business by engaging with community and member groups.
• Monitor branch activities and maintain productivity and reports.
