Alliance Credit Union in Hazelwood, MO, seeks an Assistant Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations and deliver superior member service. You will support the Branch Manager, mentor staff, and drive growth through cross-selling and community engagement.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, excellent communication, and a track record in banking operations. Travel within the Greater St. Louis area may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in coaching, developing teams, and achieving goals.
• Strong focus on member service and branch-level performance.
• Experience in banking, retail finance, or credit union operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations and provide coverage for the Branch Manager.
• Coach and evaluate staff performance while maintaining high service standards.
• Promote products/services to members and community to grow branch metrics.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate reporting and audits.
• Oversee cash management, security, and daily financial controls.
• Ensure branch facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
• Support administrative tasks and cross-location coordination as needed.
