Ewing Outdoor Supply in El Cajon, CA is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Landscape Materials team. You will direct all branch operations, supervise staff, and drive customer satisfaction and productivity.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, developing business plans, meeting sales targets, and coordinating with suppliers, drivers and customers to ensure smooth, profitable operations. This hands-on role requires strong leadership, excellent organization, and knowledge of industry

Responsibilities

• Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales.
• Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
• Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans.
• Meet goals and metrics.
• Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately.
• Provide training, coaching, development and motivation to staff.
• Identify areas for improvement and propose corrective actions.
• Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on best practices and opportunities.
• Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
• Setup layout and ensure space efficiency.
• Enforce policies and procedures.
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data systems.
• Prepare annual budget.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies.
