Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking a Branch Leader to guide a team of world-class sales and service associates and collaborate with senior management to position the branch for growth.

You will recruit, coach and mentor staff while delivering exceptional client service, building a strong sales culture and coordinating branch operations to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction. Onsite work is required, with limited remote options.

• At least five years in a financial sales role.
• Three or more years of management within a financial services environment preferred.
• Series 7 and 66 or 63/65 are required, and you must acquire the Series 9/10 upon hire.

The Role

A Fidelity Branch Leader collaborates with senior management to manage a team of successful associates preparing to lead their own branch. Your visionary spirit and strategic perspective will help our branch distinguish itself from competitors. As a Branch Leader, you will support the Vice President, Branch Leader. Your role includes building a strong sales team and developing service associates. These associates help generate revenue opportunities and ensure high customer happiness. You will also apply national initiatives to increase business growth through customer engagement, local marketing efforts, educational seminars, and client appreciation events. Additionally, you will coordinate branch operations, ensuring compliance and resolving customer concerns, while developing and motivating associates to achieve individual and team success.

The Team

For those aiming to lead their own branch, this role provides the first opportunity. You will learn all aspects of branch management, such as supporting hiring, leading a compliant and thriving office, growing the market, and mentoring associates. The role is developmental and lasts 12-24 months. It develops talent within the investor center network and aids the assigned VP, Branch Leader. You may work at more than one branch or have a different main branch during the program.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model

Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
