Job summary

FleetPride is seeking a Branch Manager to supervise all staff at the Irving, TX branch, maintain a safe workplace, ensure legal compliance, and drive EBIT, sales, and inventory goals while meeting customer expectations for supply of product and service.

You will hire and develop personnel, plan schedules, review performance, lead meetings, manage pricing strategies, and coordinate with area managers to expand opportunities. Strong discipline and customer focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the heavy-duty truck parts industry.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Hire and supervise staff (counter sales, warehouse, drivers, etc.).
• Plan work schedules and assign duties to maintain staffing levels.
• Maintain safety and compliance across the branch.
• Lead monthly sales meetings and review EBIT, sales, and inventory.
• Develop pricing strategy and coordinate inventory updates.
