Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in management, retail banking, or equivalent Chase leadership roles.
• Ability to coach and empower staff to achieve results and grow in their roles.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills to manage competing branch priorities.
• Comfort with fast-paced environments and decisive decision-making.
• Experience in creating and maintaining a strong risk and control environment.
• Ability to influence colleagues, partners, and clients with technology and digital banking tools.
• 2+ years of management or leadership experience in Chase or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Leverage the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies to grow deposits and investments.
• Prioritize understanding and meeting client needs to build lasting relationships and trust.

• Build relationships with local businesses to strengthen branch presence in the community.
• Maintain strong risk and control environment by following policies and protecting clients and the company.
