Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive banking, sales, or customer service experience and 1 year leadership experience.
• Or a bachelor’s degree and 3 years of progressive banking, sales, or customer service experience.
• Successful completion of the Branch Manager in Training (MIT) program and a minimum of 6 months of applied MIT experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate the branch as a business owner – drive performance and profitability.
• Lead sales goals and measure results for your team.
• Drive deposit growth and refer clients to wealth management services.
• Deliver exceptional service and build client relationships.
