Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. Cincinnati is seeking a Branch Manager who will lead the team, supervise deposits and investments, and ensure exceptional client service in a welcoming branch environment.

You will drive growth, coach staff, manage risk, and work with technology to deliver the latest banking solutions while upholding our culture of Service, Heart, Curiosity, Courage, and Excellence. This role requires weekend/evening hours and a proven record in retail banking leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of management experience in Retail Banking or Chase leadership.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Ability to work weekend/evening branch hours.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and risk-management mindset.

Responsibilities

• Grow deposits and investments leveraging the Branch Scorecard.
