Job summary

County Materials Family of Companies seeks a Branch Manager L&M in Appleton, WI to lead all branch operations, drive financial performance, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will partner with regional and corporate leadership to execute business strategies, develop talent, and achieve branch goals.

The role emphasizes coaching, safety adherence, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration with the regional sales team to grow revenue and enhance service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in business/operations/management preferred.
• Minimum two years in branch operations, sales, distribution, or similar fields preferred.
• Minimum two years of supervisory or management experience with people responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations including sales, service, inventory, logistics and safety.
• Own the branch financials: revenue, profitability, expenses, growth targets.
• Set and monitor branch goals; analyze KPIs and take corrective actions.
