Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Manager in Cape Coral, FL to lead daily operations, grow deposits and investments, and deliver exceptional service in a welcoming environment.

You will coach and develop a high-performing team, maintain strong risk controls, and partner with local businesses to expand our community presence. The role includes completing the Branch Manager Training Program and related travel for onboarding and meetings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• Proven leadership and coaching to develop a high-performing team.
• Strong multitasking to manage branch priorities and growth plans.
• Experience building a risk and control environment.
• Ability to influence colleagues and clients with technology.
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings.
• Knowledge of Dodd-Frank and NMLS/SAFE Act requirements.
