Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Branch Manager in Omaha to lead a Chase Branch, delivering exceptional client experiences and guiding a customer-focused team. You will grow deposits, investments, and services while upholding regulatory and risk standards.

In this role you’ll coach staff, manage daily operations, and foster community relationships to strengthen the branch’s presence and performance.

• You have a strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect your team, partners, and clients with technology, making it accessible and exciting for everyone involved.
• You have 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• You have a high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• You have the ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
