Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a sales capacity with a demonstrated ability to lead and coach a successful sales team.
• 3+ years demonstrated small business deposit/credit experience and familiarity with small business operations
• General understanding of financial statements and concepts
• Understanding of consumer credit including loan to value, debt to income and credit reports
• Ability to leverage Centers of Influence (COIs) to promote business
• Experience influencing partners such as Investment Services, Mortgage and Business Banking sales professionals

Responsibilities

• Engage in outside calling to small business clients in the community delivering full depth of Key products and services
• Develop centers of influence and networks to identify client referrals
• Grow business through retention, expansion, and acquisition with branch team
• Lead and develop the branch team, communicating Key's products, services, sales process, and competitive landscape
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and internal controls and complete branch tasks on schedule
• Oversee staffing, recruiting, onboarding, and training of branch teammates
• Provide coaching, performance management, and development plans to staff
• Build strong client relationships and partnerships with stakeholders to attract and retain clients
• Identify opportunities to grow market presence and expand existing relationships
