Barnhart is seeking a Branch Manager in Houston to serve as Local Leader, owning branch performance in sales, execution and finances. You will lead a team, develop talent, and collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to execute work regionally and nationally, with safety and quality as top priorities.

This role rewards ownership through a pay-for-performance structure, with competitive salary and benefits, including a company vehicle, health insurance, PTO, and a robust 401(k) program.

Qualificações

• Leadership experience developing a team and aligned culture.
• Mechanically inclined with a proven track record in rigging, lifting, fabrication, maintenance or transportation execution.
• Financial skills to lead a team to a business plan and metrics.
• Project management experience in construction/industrial environments.
• Computer software and management reporting to communicate metrics and processes.
