BrightView seeks a Branch Manager to oversee all branch operations, driving growth, ensuring safety, and delivering superior customer service. You will recruit and manage staff, develop sales plans, and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.

The role requires 3–5 years of management experience in landscaping/operations, a relevant degree, and strong financial acumen. Expect a full-time, on-site position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Horticulture, or related field.
• 3–5 years of management experience in landscaping/operations or service industries.
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and read financial reports.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and compliance.
• Proven leadership with team development and performance management.
• Results-driven leader who motivates teams and builds client relationships.
• Adaptive and proactive in managing change and solving operational issues.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant business software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet growth targets and manage sales pipeline.
• Lead customer service teams to deliver high-quality services and resolve issues.
• Manage branch P&L, forecast finances, and monitor cash flow.
• Enforce EHS policies and promote safety culture.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and coach branch staff for performance.
