• Drive branch sales, service, and operational excellence performance results.
• Lead and coach sales and service behaviors using the Sales & Service Playbook.
• Develop and execute plans to meet/exceed branch sales goals while ensuring compliance.
• Drive growth through outside business development and COI networking.
• Maintain and expand personal and business banking relationships.
