• Associates Degree and/or 3-5 years of banking experience.
• Supervisory Experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations to ensure efficiency and audit readiness.
• Monitor overdrafts and render decisions within deadlines.
• Coach and motivate staff; manage performance and development.
• Communicate updates, fraud alerts, and compliance requirements to staff.
• Lead weekly staff meetings and coordinate with Market Manager as needed.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure excellent service during lobby interactions.
