Job summary

Extraco Corporation is seeking a Branch Manager in the Bryan/College Station area to lead consumer banking operations across a designated region. The role focuses on developing teams, optimizing sales, and driving branch performance while mentoring managers and supervisors under regional leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: high school diploma.
• Five years of retail banking experience required.
• Five years of managerial experience with direct oversight.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill standard duties of a Relationship Banker to support branch operations.
• Grow deposits and referrals to other departments; develop customer relationships.
• Oversee selection, retention and engagement for branch staff.
• Represent the branch in community activities to grow customer relationships.
• Lead weekly 1on1s, daily huddles, and monthly team meetings with staff.
• Provide feedback to partners for process and training improvements.
• Explain Extraco banking products and omnichannel options to staff and customers.
• Train customers in digital banking and virtual teller usage.
• Conduct audits of branch operations and risk management activities.
• Generate performance reports and conduct regular 1on1s with supervisor.
