Job summary

Mariani Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to lead our Landscape Construction and Maintenance teams at the Massachusetts location. You will partner with senior leadership to drive safety, quality, financial performance, and client satisfaction while shaping processes and staffing for high-performing field operations.

You will mentor supervisors, manage labor plans, and oversee budgets, equipment usage, and workflow to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in landscape or construction preferred; experience may offset.
• Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
• 4–6 years in landscape industry as Production Manager or higher managing teams and finances.
• Expert understanding of landscape construction and maintenance methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of landscape construction and maintenance production teams.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, profitability, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Mentor branch staff including Maintenance Production Managers and Construction Field Supervisors.
• Plan workforce, labor, production schedules, and equipment utilization to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure safety, quality, financial performance, and timely, on-budget project execution.
