Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in the landscape industry as a Production Manager or higher.
• Expert understanding of landscape construction methods and maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight for Landscape Construction and Maintenance teams.
• Develop and implement operational strategies for improved productivity.
• Lead and mentor Maintenance Production Managers and Construction Field Supervisors.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, within budget, and to quality standards.
