Qualifications

• Pursuing a BS/BA in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred).
• Sophomore year completed, minimum GPA 3.0, eligible to work in the United States.
• Knowledge of business office procedures and data entry helpful.
• Proficiency with Windows PC and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Manager team to track milestones, deliverables, and risks in Grid Solutions projects.
• Understand Utility and Renewable scopes for project objectives.
• Support scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning with basic PM processes.
• Create and maintain project documents (estimates, submittals, meeting notes, status reports).
• Assist with quotes in SAP and opportunities in Salesforce.
• Support department day‑to‑day projects including process improvement and data reporting.
