Job summary

Border States Industries, Inc. is seeking a Branch Intern in Charlotte, NC. The internship provides real-world projects across the department, focusing on process improvement, data support, and daily operations.

You will work closely with the team, build relationships with employee-owners, and gain hands-on experience in sales, warehousing, and operations while aligning with the company mission and service philosophy.

Qualifications

• Current student or new graduate (within last year) in a 2 or 4-year degree program.
• Strong knowledge of business office procedures and data entry helpful.
• Familiarity with PC Windows and Microsoft Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day departmental projects including process improvement, data support, and reporting.
• Build relationships with employee owners and leaders through meetings and events.
• Shadow and assist Customer Service Representatives and Branch Operations to gain broad exposure.
• Support warehouse operations in receiving, shipping, stock put-away, and related activities.
