Fsnb is offering a Branch Intern program for the summer, where you’ll learn how a community bank operates day-to-day by shadowing staff in both deposit and loan areas. You’ll gain exposure to customer service, account services, lending and regulatory compliance while working on a meaningful project.

• Enrolled in college/university or a recent graduate in Finance, Business, Accounting or Economics.

Responsabilités

• Shadow the deposit team to learn teller transactions, cash handling and new account opening.
• Learn account maintenance, debit card services, online/mobile banking, and fraud prevention.
• Shadow loan officers through lending from application to closing and credit analysis basics.
• Shadow staff to understand relationship management.
• Learn compliance and regulatory requirements in banking.
• Complete a summer project and present key takeaways to staff and leadership.
• Participate in developmental activities to support learning and exposure.
