Fsnb is offering a summer internship at one of its branches to observe day-to-day banking operations. You will shadow staff in deposits and lending, gain exposure to customer interactions, and participate in projects and developmental activities designed to enhance professional growth.

The role targets students or recent graduates in Finance, Business, Accounting, or Economics with strong attention to detail and a professional demeanor. Excellent communication and discretion are essential.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in a college or university, or a recent graduate, majoring in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Desire to learn about banking operations including deposits, lending, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; professional demeanor.

Responsabilidades

• Shadow the deposit team to learn teller transactions, cash handling, drawer balancing, and the new account-opening process, while observing customer interactions.
• Learn about account maintenance, debit card services, online and mobile banking, and fraud prevention.
• Shadow loan officers through the lending process from application to closing, including introductory credit analysis and underwriting basics.
• Shadow experienced professionals to understand relationship management.
• Learn about compliance and regulatory requirements within the banking industry.
• Complete a summer project and present key takeaways to branch and leadership staff at the end of the internship.
• Participate in developmental and professional activities to support learning and exposure to the organization.
• Be proactive, curious, and adaptable to new challenges.
