Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Branch Installation Manager (BIM) to lead installation operations for HDE and HDI with a decentralized and centralized model respectively. You will oversee warehouse and field installation teams, drive revenue targets, and ensure high customer satisfaction while managing 3rd party labor and installers.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Drives results through standardized processes, ensures strong customer experience, sources 3rd party labor, resolves install concerns, and leads the install team to meet revenue targets.
• Meets/exceeds performance standards related to gross margin, EBIT, install labor rates, installed revenue, cycle time, and customer care metrics.
• Manages a multi-team installation organization, hires/train/coaches staff, ensures safety compliance, and oversees relationships with HDI/HDE teams and 3rd party installers.
