Job summary

Sherwin-Williams in Toledo, OH seeks an Installation Coordinator to support store sales and coordinate floorcovering installations through independent contractors for wholesale customers.

You will identify installers, set installation schedules, and ensure work meets customer expectations while maintaining records and communicating with multiple stakeholders. This role may require lifting and weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally, with or without accommodation.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales efforts at a Sherwin-Williams floorcovering store, servicing wholesale customers.
• Assist the Branch Manager in identifying floorcovering installers.
• Establish installation schedule and communicate assignments.
• Perform on-site inspections of installations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Review installer accounts and contact outside sources for information.
• Ensure installer transactions are properly handled through store records and systems.
• Determine installation training needs and arrange training as appropriate.
