Qualifications

• 2+ years of management or Chase leadership experience.
• Experience in Retail Banking or equivalent leadership.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Strong risk and control awareness.
• Influence, educate, and connect teams with technology.
• High school diploma or foreign equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Be a motivating force for the branch by sharing a clear vision and embodying our company's culture and values of Service, Heart, Curiosity, Courage, and Excellence.
• Deliver on the goals of the branch by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies to successfully grow deposits and investments.
• Prioritize understanding and meeting the needs of our clients to build lasting relationships and trust.
• Build and cultivate a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and celebrating successes to boost morale and motivation.
• Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to keep skills sharp and stay ahead in the industry.
• Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen our branch presence and actively engage with the community.
• Ensure a strong risk and control environment by using sound judgement, acting with integrity, and protecting our company and clients, following policies and procedures.
