TIGRIS Aquatic Services LLC is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a high-performing team and grow a $3.5 million lake maintenance branch. You will oversee operations, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and build strong client relationships across multiple service lines.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of leadership in water management or environmental services, strong budgeting skills, and a proven track record of delivering customer satisfaction and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in lake maintenance, water management, or environmental services.
• Proven knowledge of environmental compliance regulations and aquatic systems management.
• Strong operational and personnel management skills.
• Demonstrated experience in budget management and financial forecasting.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for all branch personnel.
• Oversee daily operations across multiple service lines, ensuring production goals and service objectives are met.
• Coordinate with the Assistant Branch Manager and service technicians to execute plans and schedules.
• Ensure full compliance with all environmental regulations and safety standards.
• Develop, forecast, and manage branch budgets and P&L performance; drive revenue growth.
