You will coach a team, manage operations, uphold risk controls, and represent the brand with hospitality and cutting-edge financial solutions. The role requires 2+ years of management in Retail Banking or equivalent leadership experience and a willingness to work evenings and weekends.

• Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to keep skills sharp and stay ahead in the industry.
• Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen our branch presence and actively engage with the community.
• Ensure a strong risk and control environment by using sound judgement, acting with integrity, and protecting our company and clients, following policies and procedures.
