Job summary

Elwood Staffing is seeking a Branch Manager to lead operations in the Fort Payne area. You will drive sales, manage staffing services, and ensure exceptional customer support while overseeing recruiting, training, and development of the branch team.

You will coordinate with clients and on-sites to achieve on-time order fulfillment and branch profitability, while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Management, supervisory, or team-lead experience preferred.
• Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and resolve issues with urgency.
• Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary driver of sales, operations, and profit for your branch.
• Ensure the branch has a strong recruiting team and winning sales efforts.
• Manage recruiting, hiring, training, developing, and coaching of internal team members.
• Responsible for the individual development of each team member.
• Ensure recruiting and service operations meet 100% on-time order fulfillment.
• Hold branch team and On-Sites accountable for performance expectations with clear guidance and constructive feedback.
• Direct activities to improve results and achieve growth goals.
• Ensure branch compliance with company policies and government regulations.
• Maintain regular, balanced time with clients, staff, and on-sites.
