Job summary

Lendmark Financial Services is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee the full-service branch operations, lending, customer service, and security. You will develop new business, coach staff, and drive sales through referrals and retention of client relationships.

You will lead and supervise staff, ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines, and work to achieve branch profitability and loan targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 0-3 years of consumer finance experience or related management experience.
• Effective communication, organizational and sales skills.
• Personnel management skills and budgeting skills.
• Proficient with lending software, Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate staff to meet goals and objectives relating to branch profitability, loan volume, credit quality, delinquency and expense.
• Make loan decisions up to established lending limits, close consumer loans, and collect accounts in delinquency while ensuring adherence to guidelines.
• Pursue business development relationships within the community and promote products and services to meet sales goals.
• Lead hiring, staffing, training, performance reviews and terminations as applicable; establish lending authority for associates.
• Ensure a high quality of client service and assist clients with solutions while monitoring satisfaction.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and delegate tasks to Assistant Branch Manager or staff.
