Truckee Meadows Pest Control seeks a Branch Manager to lead the branch’s growth, profitability, people, and operations. This hands-on leader will own the P&L and direct Sales, Service, and Technician teams to deliver aggressive growth while maintaining exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities include recruiting and developing Sales Professionals and Service Technicians, achieving revenue and margin targets, and building a high-performance team with strong retention.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated experience leading teams, a branch, business unit, location, or significant operational function.
• Experience managing or having direct accountability for a P&L, budget, revenue, labor, and operating expenses.
• Proven ability to hire, coach, develop, and retain high-performing employees.
