Job summary

BOK Financial invites you to join our Banking Navigator program and grow into a Financial Center Leader. This role drives branch performance, leads a high-performing team, and builds client trust through consultative financial guidance across multi-channel experiences.

You'll participate in a comprehensive nine-week training, with potential relocation between locations and a schedule that may differ from standard hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field and 3–5 years of management/supervisory experience or 5–7 years of equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to motivate teammates through in-person and virtual coaching methods, while providing leadership and team-building skills.
• Ability to make empowered leadership decisions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proven ability to coach, develop and delegate to achieve common goals.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills including effective communication to build partnerships to achieve business outcomes.
• Advanced knowledge of consumer financial products and services and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: plan and execute retention and growth activities, owning a book of branch-based clients.
• Client Experience: oversee branch experience, review feedback, drive improvements, and lead issue resolution.
• Coaching and Development: manage performance, mentor teammates, and use CX playbook to meet sales/service targets.
• Profitability and Growth: grow branch revenue through acquisition, expansion, and retention.
• Partnerships and Risk: maintain cross-bank partnerships and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Community Involvement: participate in local market activities and promote the BOKF brand.
