Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years progressive banking, sales, or customer service experience and 1 year leadership experience.
• OR a bachelor’s degree and 3 years of progressive banking, sales, or customer service experience.
• OR successful completion of the Branch Manager in Training (MIT) program and a minimum of 6 months of applied MIT experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate the branch as a business owner – drive performance, manage resources, and support long-term growth and profitability.
• Lead with accountability, drive and achieve sales goals and expectations for your team and measure results.
• Lead branch operations with a strategic focus on deposit growth and wealth management referrals.
• Manage all aspects of branch operations, including compliance, security, cash handling, and expense control.
• Deliver the Woodforest Experience with warm, personalized customer interactions and solution orientation.
• Drive client acquisition, strengthen relationships, promote lending solutions, and refer clients to wealth management services.
