Crimson Consulting Group seeks a General Manager to lead a branch in Albuquerque. You'll oversee Sales, Operations, Administrative, Warehouse and Delivery, drive P&L, and grow the business with local clients.

We prefer candidates with 10+ years in Wholesale Distribution, ideally Building Materials. Strong leadership, coaching, and B2B sales experience are essential. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

• 10+ years of wholesale distribution experience, preferably in building materials.
• Experience leading a multi-functional team (sales, operations, admin, warehouse, delivery).
• Strong P&L responsibility and branch growth focus.

Responsibilities

• Run the branch as GM with staff in Sales, Operations, Administrative, Warehouse and Delivery.
• Collaborate with corporate staff and manage your own P&L to grow the business.
• Lead, hire, coach and develop the team; meet with clients and support the sales team.
