Qualifications

• Possess a current full valid driver's license and meet driving record requirements to use a company vehicle.
• Possess at least one year of Fastenal or related sales experience.
• Possess a degree in Business/Marketing OR have equivalent industry experience and knowledge of the local market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Highly motivated and self directed with the ability to motivate others.
• Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities.
• Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency.
