Fastenal is seeking a full-time General Manager for the Milwaukee branch to lead local sales strategy and drive branch performance. You will coach a team, implement a sales plan, and promote a culture of achievement within a business-to-business environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on development of team members while delivering strong branch results and customer service excellence.
