Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere in the branch.
• Greet clients warmly, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Educate clients and refer them to the team of experts when needed.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices and ATM, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service with care and sincerity.
• Support self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Work with the Branch Manager to uphold loss control, compliance and audits.
