Job summary

The ProLift Rigging Company in Yuma, AZ seeks a results‑driven engineer to support heavy‑lift and relocation projects. You will assist the sales team, conduct site walks, and provide engineering support for contracted work, developing fabrication drawings and calculation packs.

Responsibilities include creating proposal materials, test plans, and documentation for gear and procedures, with on‑site field involvement as required. A mechanical or civil engineering background is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent mechanical reasoning is required.
• Good perception of math, weights, measurement, and balance.
• Flexible schedule, able to travel and work overtime.
• Must pass a drug test, fit-for-duty assessment, and background check.
• Able to lift 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist ProLift Sales Team in creating heavy‑lift solutions.
• Conduct jobsite walk downs to gather information for proposals.
• Provide project engineering support as assigned by the Manager.
• Create reference charts, Excel templates, or whitepapers for proposals.
• Develop fabrication drawings and perform design calculations.
• Develop load test plans and participate in field testing.
