Job summary

Rexel USA, Inc. in Bend, OR is seeking a Branch Driver to deliver products to customers, branch locations, and suppliers in a delivery van or box truck (No CDL required). The role emphasizes safe operations, accurate order fulfillment, and documentation at the time of delivery.

The Senior Truck Driver will mentor entry level drivers and may assist with additional branch duties when needed. A valid license, 21+ years of age, and DOT compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass a pre-employment and annual review of the Motor Vehicle Record.
• Must obtain verification of non-expired medical certificate as required by law within 60 days of hire
• Must not have had a suspended driver's license for a traffic accident/violation within the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Inspect company vehicle and complete daily inspection report.
• Keep vehicle clean, serviced and maintained and report needed repairs.
• Follow DOT and state driving laws.
• Load/unload material and verify accuracy and damage-free condition.
• Assist in preparing orders for delivery and ensure proper delivery documentation.
• Pick up material returns from customers and verify quantities.
• Participate in training of entry level drivers and provide coaching.
• May perform other branch duties including counter sales and stocking as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
