Job summary

Rexel USA, Inc. in Nampa, Idaho is looking for a Branch Driver to join the Platt team. You will deliver products to customers, branch locations, and suppliers in a delivery van or box truck.

No CDL required and compensation depends on experience. Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, maintaining the vehicle, complying with DOT/local laws, loading/unloading, completing delivery paperwork, and assisting with branch duties when needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and be familiar with traffic and driver laws.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicle and complete daily inspection report.
• Keep vehicle clean, serviced and maintained.
• Follow DOT and local laws and regulations.
• Load/unload materials and verify correct items.
• Prepare orders for delivery.
• Complete delivery documentation with customer signature.
• Pickup material returns and verify condition.
• Pickup material from suppliers.
• Mentor entry-level drivers and provide coaching.
• Assist in branch duties when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
