Job summary

Humana's CenterWell Home Health branch seeks an experienced Branch Director to manage daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care. You will supervise clinical and branch staff, lead quality initiatives, and partner with sales to meet growth targets.

The role requires RN licensure, 2+ years in healthcare operations management, and strong leadership. A comprehensive benefits package and salary range reflect the responsibilities of overseeing budgets and performance.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in healthcare operations management, preferably in Home Health or Hospice.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate, educate, supervise and develop staff.
• Experience with quality improvement monitoring and reporting methods.
• Knowledge of business management, regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
• Fiscal management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops, plans, implements, analyzes and organizes operations for the Branch.
• Oversee care delivery for all patients by supervising the Clinical Manager(s).
• Partner with leadership to set branch revenue and budget goals.
• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to improve performance and quality of care.
• Maintain efficient, safe office operations compliant with laws and policies.
• Lead quality improvement with quarterly reviews and follow-ups on patient satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Area Director/AVP for direction and program implementation.
• Collaborate with Sales Directors to meet admissions goals and support marketing initiatives.
