Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Branch Director for its Home Health operation in Byarm, MS. This role leads clinical services, sets care standards, and ensures quality patient outcomes.

You will oversee a team of clinicians, collaborate with managerial staff, and drive branch performance with strong autonomy and support. Excellent leadership and deep health administration experience are essential.

Qualifications

• RN license (ASN or BSN) is required.
• 1–2 years of health services administration experience, plus at least 1 year of supervisory/admin experience in Home Health or similar.
• 5+ years of leadership or business development experience preferred.
• Valid license to practice in the state.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to the Clinical Manager(s) to promote quality home care services.
• Maintain efficient, safe, and compliant office operations and environment.
• Address deficiencies found in surveys or audits and implement corrections.
• Supervise all branch administrative staff and collaborate with Clinical Managers.
• Direct and evaluate the overall direction and performance of the Branch.

Responsibilities

As a Home Health RN Branch Director, You will:

• Provide support and supervision to the Clinical Manager(s) to promote effective performance and delivery of quality home care services
• Maintain office operations in an efficient, productive, effective, and organized manner, providing a safe working environment for employees. Meet local ordinances and fire and safety regulations in compliance with the company policies
• Ensure deficiencies identified during internal or external surveys, or audits are addressed and corrected
• Provide direct supervision to all administrative staff at the Branch and oversee clinical staff through collaboration with the Clinical Manager(s)
• Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Branch

Qualifications

• RN license (either ASN or BSN)
• Minimum of one to two years of experience in health services administration, with at least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in Home Health Care or a related Health Care program, per state specific and federal requirements
• Five years of experience in leadership or business development, preferred
• Valid license from the state practicing in
• Current CPR certification
