Job summary

Adoration Health in Byram, MS is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead our Home Health Branch. You will supervise clinical and administrative teams, set care standards, and drive quality patient outcomes.

This full-time role offers autonomy, professional development, and strong leadership support in a mission-driven organization. Based in Byram with coverage across Copiah, Hinds, and Rankin, you will oversee operations 8a-5p, Monday to Friday, ensuring compliant, high-quality home health services

Qualifications

• RN license (ASN or BSN) is required.
• Minimum 1–2 years in health services administration with supervisory experience in Home Health or related field.
• Five years in leadership or business development preferred.
• Valid state licensure to practice.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and supervision to the Clinical Manager(s) to promote effective performance and delivery of quality home care services.
• Maintain office operations in an efficient, productive, effective, and organized manner, providing a safe working environment for employees.
• Ensure deficiencies identified during internal or external surveys, or audits are addressed and corrected.
• Provide direct supervision to all administrative staff at the Branch and oversee clinical staff through collaboration with the Clinical Manager(s).
• Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Branch.

• Provide direct supervision to all administrative staff at the Branch and oversee clinical staff through collaboration with the Clinical Manager(s)
• Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Branch

Qualifications

• RN license (either ASN or BSN)
• Minimum of one to two years of experience in health services administration, with at least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in Home Health Care or a related Health Care program, per state specific and federal requirements
• Five years of experience in leadership or business development, preferred
• Valid license from the state practicing in
• Current CPR certification
