Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership or management experience in care services.
• Ability to recruit, develop and lead a branch team.
• Strong regulatory and policy knowledge for Missouri care services.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Commitment to mission-driven care and quality client outcomes.
• Ability to manage budgets, resources and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and staff recruitment.
• Build a high-performing team and foster an inclusive culture.
• Develop and execute market development strategies and referrals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Missouri DHSS, DSDS, MMAC.
• Monitor client care quality and resolve escalations promptly.
• Drive financial performance, budgeting, and KPI tracking.
• Promote staff development and certifications.
