Role Description

The Branch Director is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in the Oklahoma City Metropolitan Area, responsible for overseeing daily operations of the local home health and hospice branch. This role leads and supports clinical and administrative teams to ensure high-quality, compliant, and efficient patient care services. The Branch Director manages staffing, workflow, and branch performance, including monitoring key metrics, optimizing processes, and aligning operations with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with patients, families, referral sources, and community partners to grow the branch’s presence and service reach. The role also involves budgeting, resource allocation, performance management, and developing a collaborative culture focused on safety, service excellence, and continuous improvement.

• Leadership and management skills, including team supervision, performance coaching, and the ability to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
• Operational and organizational skills, such as branch or departmental oversight, scheduling, workflow optimization, and effective time management.
• Healthcare and regulatory knowledge, including experience in home health or hospice, familiarity with state and federal regulations, and commitment to quality and compliance.
• Communication and relationship-building skills, including clear verbal and written communication, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and professional interaction with patients, families, and community partners.
• Planning and analytical abilities, such as budgeting, interpreting performance data, setting goals, and implementing improvement initiatives.
• Relevant education, such as a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, business, or a related field; advanced degree or clinical licensure (e.g., RN) is preferred.
• Prior experience in branch management, operations leadership, or similar role in home health, hospice, or broader healthcare services.
• Ability to work on-site in the Oklahoma City Metropolitan Area, with reliable transportation when travel within the service area is needed.
