VitalCaring Group is seeking a Clinical Home Health Branch Director to lead patient-centered care and build high-performing clinical teams. You will oversee all clinical services, support care planning, and ensure quality outcomes within a compliant framework.

The role focuses on accountable leadership, community partnership, and branch growth while maintaining compassionate care standards across the organization.

Qualificações

• Active RN or Therapist license required.
• Leadership experience in home health or related healthcare setting preferred.
• Passion for developing teams and delivering exceptional patient care.
• Ability to balance clinical excellence with operational leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead patient-centered care across all clinical services.
• Coach and mentor Clinical Care Managers, PSCs, and field clinicians.
• Provide clear direction to ensure compliant care delivery and strong clinical standards.
• Partner with local teams and referral sources to expand access to care and growth.

• Oversee all clinical services to ensure safe, high-quality care delivery
• Support clinicians in care planning, problem-solving, and patient outcomes

Build & Develop High-Performing Teams

• Coach and mentor Clinical Care Managers, PSCs, and field clinicians
• Create a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous growth
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and development of a strong clinical team

Drive Accountability & Operational Excellence

• Provide clear direction and oversight to ensure consistent, compliant care delivery
• Maintain strong clinical standards and regulatory alignment
• Foster a culture where teams understand expectations and feel supported to meet them
