The role requires teamwork, physical stamina, and a strong safety mindset to support successful events. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, read and follow instructions, and work flexible hours including weekends.

The Install Crew position is involved in the construction, temporary building and installation of tents and structures at events under the direction of the job Foremen.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Following the best practices for safety
• Communicate in a friendly, professional, and effective manner with customers and co-workers
• Load and unload trucks and trailers
• Transport materials between vehicle and installation site
• Construct, install, and remove multiple styles of tents and other equipment
• Work in a focused, team environment
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, rules, and regulations
• Additional duties as assigned
