Accendra Health in Santa Fe, NM, is seeking a Branch Coordinator who serves as the first contact for patients and caregivers, delivering welcoming, responsive service in person or by phone while coordinating equipment delivery and navigating insurance coverage.
You will work with the branch team to ensure timely delivery, document collection, and insurance authorization, maintaining patient support throughout the recovery journey on a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule.

The role requires frequent use of the hands to write, type, handle documents, and operate computers, phones, and handheld devices. Employees must regularly read documents clearly and write neatly and accurately while engaging in constant talking and hearing. The position involves varied physical movements, including sitting, standing, walking, reaching, kneeling, stooping, and crouching. It also requires both close and distance vision. Occasionally, the employee may need to stand, lift, push, or pull items weighing between 10 and 40 pounds.
Work is performed in an office setting with exposure to moderate noise and indoor fluorescent lighting. The physical demands and work environment characteristics described above are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
